- From 4 PM on the day of arrival until 10 AM the next morning.

I had an amazing time at Yogaban Retreat in Pokhara. This yoga and wellness retreat is located on a peaceful hillside with beautiful views of Fewa Lake and the mountains. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and focus on your physical and mental well-being.
The daily yoga and meditation sessions were deeply calming and suitable for all levels. The teachers are friendly, experienced, and truly supportive. Each class was a mix of Hatha yoga, breathing practices, and guided relaxation, making it a great space for personal growth.
The vegetarian meals were delicious, healthy, and made fresh every day using local ingredients. I also enjoyed the steam bath, mud bath, and peaceful garden areas that made the experience feel like a full-body and mind detox.
